The third memorial lecture in honour of a legendary catechist of the Roman Catholic mission, Brother William Arigbe-Osula has held with emphasis on moral, immorality and celebration of life and times of the late Catechist.

Late Arigbe-Osula pioneered the practice, growth and use of the rosary for prayers using Bini, English and latin to propagate the gospel in various parishes in Benin City.
