As part of activities heralding the 90th birthday celebration of the Esama of Benin and Honourary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta states of Nigeria, His Excellency Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, members of the Bar and legal luminaries in Benin City along with Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives and Police officers’ Wives were treated to a special luncheon by the celebrant.
