Air Passenger Rights: NCAA Says 65% Case Resolution Recorded, Tasks Public To Know Rights

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), has urged Air Passengers to familiarize themselves with the Passengers Bill of Rights to enable them to access compensation in the event of flight delays or missing luggage.

The Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection of the Agency, Mr. Mike Achimogu, gave the advice while speaking to Journalists in Abuja on different compensations for various defaults.
