A Benin High Court has dismissed a fundamental human rights case brought against the lnspector General of Police, Assistant lnspector General of Police, Zone Five, Edo State Commissioner of Police, Department of State Service and other security agencies by Engineer Chukwudi Mudiaga, one of those standing trial in a suicidal case by the daughter of the Managing Director of Uyi Technical Conglomerate, Mr. Omoruyi Oloton.

Engineer Chukwudi Mudiaga had approached the court for a ruling to enforce his fundamental human rights to prevent the Police and Department of State Service from arresting or harassing him over a case of aiding suicide levelled against him by the police.
