Commercial tricyclics in Warri, Uvwie and Udu local government areas of Delta State, on Tuesday took to the streets and paralyzed business activities in a protest against sharp increase in operational ticket and annual sticker fees.
Warri Correspondent Gbenga Ahmed reports that the quick intervention of divisional police officer, Enerhen Station, CSP Audu Mark, saved the situation from been hijacked by hoodlums.
