The Federal High Court In Abuja Has Adjourned The Suit On Alleged Intimidation And Harassment Of Whistle Blowers Against The Nigeria Police Force
Justice Musa Liman Adjourns The Fundamental Human Rights Due To A Seminar Attended By All Justices In The Federal High Court.

In The Suit Against The Nigeria Police Force Which Centred On Fundamental Human Rights Enforcement By Some Whistle Blowers Including Kingsley Agah Tordue, Dr. Paul Adama, And Dr. Abayomi Ojekunle Who Alleged That The Nigeria Police Is Intimidating Them For For Blowing Whistle On Financial Mismanagement Within The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association.

After The Adjournment Counsel To The Plaintiff Moses Ofeoshi, Said The Whistleblowers Had Reported Financial Mismanagement Within NECA, Instead Of Investigating The Allegations, The Police Allegedly Turned On The Whistleblowers, Treating Them As Criminals.
