The coordinator while urging the members of the Edo APC Team well as they embark on the critical journey of spearheading the party’s transition in Edo State to harness their collective strengths said, their diverse experiences, and innovative ideas will help drive meaningful change and sustainable development in the state.
Ambassador Iyamu added that their appointment is a clear demonstration of the trust and confidence reposed in them by the people and the party which also manifested in the overwhelming victory in the just concluded Edo State Governorship Election
He commending the state leader of the party and Senator representing Edo North Senatorial Districts in the National Assembly , comrade Adams Aliu Oshiomhole for his exemplary leadership and dispositions, Amb Johnson Iyamu challenged members of the Edo APC Transition Committee to navigate
The complexities of the process bearing in mind that their actions will shape the future of Edo State hence the need to be focused, resilient, and true to the mandate of changing the narratives of governance in Edo state.
Ambassador Iyamu therefore wished Edo APC Transition Team wisdom, strength, and success in the noble endeavor of birthing a new Edo state under the leadership of Senator Monday Okpebholo as Governor and Rt Hon Dennis Idahosa as Deputy Governor.
