Residents of Okada Town, Headquarters of Ovia North East Local Government Area and neighbouring communities have once again poured Encomiums on the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States, Sir Chief Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion for his magnanimity Par Excellence.
The People gave the Commendation after benefiting from a one day free medical outreach organized by Nigeria’s Premier Private University, Igbinedion University Okada as part of activities to celebrate its twenty-fifth anniversary.
