The ongoing empowerment program of Matthew Okpebholo Foundation tagged, Touching heart and saving lives which started on Monday, 14th October, 2024 with an open air crusade and medical outreach for indigent patients, on Friday continued at Ubiaja correctional centre where some inmates were set free after their fines were paid by Bishop Matthew Okpebholo.
