There are indications that scarcity of cash in the country is looming as automatic teller machines popularly referred to as ATMs in most banks in Warri and other places in Delta State, are not dispensing cash to customers.
Following this development, a cross-section of Nigerians in Delta State have called on the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to urgently address the issue before it degenerates into a crisis.
