The chairman of Esan North East local government council, Dr. Kelly Inedegbo on Monday handed over the reins of power of the local government to master Testimony Erefezaba to serve as a one-day chairman and to preside over the affairs of the local government council as part of activities lined up to mark the 2024 children’s day celebration.
Edo central correspondent, Chris Omijie reports that the child-chairman, carried out some functions of the local government in his one-day tenure.
