A grand reception has been held for guests as part of activities to bid Late Pa Simon Odigie, father of the Head of Local Government Administration of Ovia North East Local Government, Pharmacist Francis Odigie, amidst pomp and ceremony at the Isabella Royal event centre, Benin City.
