Collapsed Building: Seven Escape Death In Another Incident In Lagos State
Seven people narrowly escaped death in a building collapse in Mushin area of Lagos State.
Lagos State Correspondent, Aigboje Ikhuoria reports that the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Doctor Femi Osanyintolu in a statement confirmed the incident.
This is one out of the several building collapse in Lagos State in one month.
The collapsed building located on Cameron Street, off Omowumi Street in Mushin was according to Lagos State Emergency Management Agency under construction has been marked by government for demolition.
Doctor Osanyintolu said although seven people survived, Lagos State Government is leaving no stone unturned to tackle the menace of building collapse in the State.
The Permanent Secretary also urged Lagosians to remain calm and refrain from any non-essential travels due to the incidence of flash flood across the State.
