A Benin high court of Criminal division presided over by justice Williams Aziegbenin has issued an order of warrant for the arrest of the of Uyi Igiebor and Emmanuel Aigbedo over a case of conspiracy and multiple murder.
In a motion ex parte with suit No:B/CD/3246M/2024 brought before the court, the Commissioner of Police had asked the court for a warrant to arrest Of the two persons over allegations of conspiracy and multiple murder.
The Court having heard from Y. Musa Esq leading 0.T. Musa for the
Applicant granted the motion ex-parte for the order of the warrant of Arrest of both Uyi Igiebor and Emmanuel Aigbedo for the act which happened on the eight of November 2024.
