Twenty-four hours after Independent Television and Radio, Benin City reported the death of a Bolt driver during an altercation involving some personnel of the Nigeria security and civil defence Corps in Benin City, the State police command has cordon off the place after some persons were said to have destroyed some sections of the hotel and manhandled the owner of the hotel.
