In a related development, Deputy Inspector-General, Mr Parry Osayande, retired has congratulated the Esama of Benin Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedíon on his Ninetieth birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Mr. Osayande expressed joy over his robust relationship with the celebrant, spanning over six decades, which he said has been a blessing to both families and the society at large.
The retired Inspector-General of Police stated that he is impressed with the achievements and philanthropic disposition of the Esama of Benin.
