First Lady of Edo State, Doctor Betsy Obaseki has called for a thorough investigation into unwholesome activities of a cartel situated in the Ikpoba Hill axis of Benin City which specialises in running of a baby factory.

Doctor Betsy Obaseki briefed journalists following a raid by security agencies on a suspected location discovered to be used as a baby factory in the Ikpoba Hill axis of Benin City.
