Edo State House of Assembly has passed a resolution directing Chairmen of Local Government Councils and the State Waste Management Board to tackle indiscriminate disposal of refuse on roads across the state.

Assembly correspondent Favour Osaro reports that lawmakers gave the directive on Monday in the wake of the recent cholera outbreak in the country.
