Edo State Deputy Governor, Engineer Godwins Marvellous Omobayo, has urged security agencies to exhibit neutrality during the forthcoming governorship election scheduled for September.

Engineer Omobayo made the remarks during a courtesy visit by the Commander Four Mechanized Brigade, Benin, Brigadier-General Ebenezer Olusesan Oduyebo.
