The need for persons with disabilities to be adequately engaged by the government at all levels to ensure their active participation in decision-making processes across various sectors took center stage on Tuesday at the thirteenth edition of the Rights Above charity lecture organized by the Network for the Advancement of People with Visible Disabilities, NAPVID.
