The People’s Democratic Party’s witnesses at the ongoing Edo State governorship election petition tribunal say that the election was well-conducted, but insisted that there was over voting.
They testified Friday during the resumed proceedings in Abuja.
Judicial correspondent Joseph Kadiri reports that both witnesses admit that they do not know how to operate the BVAS machine.
