Edo State Chapter of the PDP has condemned the suspension of Chairmen and Deputies of the 18 Local Government councils by Edo State House of Assembly.
In a statement, the State PDP Chairman, Doctor Anthony Aziegbemi described the action of the Edo State House of Assembly as null and void.
He said it is a blatant violation of the judgement of Edo State High Court and the Supreme Court which affirmed the autonomy and Independence of the local Government.
He said the local Government chairmen and their deputies should carry on their functions
