Edo State commissioner for Education Dr Joan Osa Oviawe has commended the Esama Of Benin Sir Chief Dr Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion for his contributions to quality education in the state.

Dr Oviawe made the remarks during a visit to the residence of the Esama of Benin to felicitate him on the occasion of his 90th birthday.
