Edo State Police Command has declared missing one Inedegbor Raphael of number four, Odozi Street, off Osazuwa Street, off Saint Saviour Road, Benin City missing.
A statement by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, CSP Joel Yamu, says Inedegbor Raphael, male, is 63 years old, fair in complexion, of average height, has no tribal marks, and speaks Esan and English languages fluently.
The statement explains that any person with useful information about his whereabouts should contact the nearest police station.
