Ahead of the 15th West Africa Scout Conference and 11th Scout Youth Forum in Burkina Faso, a delegation from Nigeria has been advised to be patriotic.
The Edo State Scout Commissioner and Secretary of the International Department of Scouts of Nigeria, Emmanuel Onosphy Eseine, gave the advice on Thursday at the scout regional training center in Benin City before their departure to Burkina Faso.
