Chairman of the Edo State Tipper Driver’s Association, Comrade Osaro Aigbekaen, has congratulated the Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on the historic victory at the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, which affirmed his election.
In a special congratulatory message, Comrade Osaro Aigbekaen, on behalf of the Executive and entire members of the Edo State Tipper Driver’s Association, praised the judiciary for upholding truth and justice.
Comrade Aigbekaen stated that the affirmation of Governor Okpebholo as the lawful winner of the September 21, 2024, governorship election lends credence to the fact that INEC did the rightful thing by declaring Senator Okpebholo as duly elected.
The Chairman of the Edo State Tipper Driver’s Association described the Chairman and members of the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal as men of courage and proven integrity, who have dispensed justice without fear or favour.
While reiterating his commitment to sustain the partnership between the Edo State Tipper Driver’s Association and the State Government, Comrade Aigbekaen prayed that God continues to grant Governor Okpebholo divine wisdom, knowledge, excellent health, and energy to actualize his vision and dream of a New Edo Rising.
Comrade Aigbekaen urged co-contestants to exhibit good sportsmanship by accepting the verdict of the Tribunal in good faith and join hands with Governor Okpebholo to take Edo State to the next level.
