Land owners at Egbaen Community have been requested to come along with original copies of their approval letters for verification.
A statement signed by the Odionwere, Moses Odionwere, the newly elected Okaighele, Aghaku Ihanuaze and elders of Egbaen Community in Ovia North East Local Government along Ekenwan Road says the verification exercise will commence on Thursday 9th May 2024 between 10am and 2pm daily at the community Town hall.
Landowners are advised to attend the land verification exercise inorder to fish out fake land title documents being paraded by unscrupulous elements who use such fake documents to scam and deceive unsuspecting members of the public.
