Youths, leaders and members of the coalition of Edo State civil society organisations across Benin City on Thursday converged on Oba ovonramen square to protest the worsening economic conditions and high cost of living in Nigeria.
Patience Osarogiuwa who monitored the protest in Benin City reports that security personnel drawn from the Nigeria police force and NSCDC were on the ground to maintain law and order during the end hunger and bad government protest at the City centre.
