As the Nationwide protest tagged EndBadGovernance Protest commenced on Thursday, protesters in different states took to the streets to register their displeasure with the economic downturn.

However, protesters in some states failed to abide to warnings of the Federal government to ensure peace and orderliness during the protest, with cases of violence and destruction of public property occurring in some parts of the country.
