The Executive Chairman of Ovia Southwest Local Government Area, Engineer Edosa Enowoghomwenma has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to youth empowerment through skills acquisition.
Engineer Enowoghomwenma stated this in a goodwill message during a special mass at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, Benin City as part of activities to mark the official launching of the proposed Catholic Youths Organization of Nigeria skills acquisition centre.
