Residents of Okada Avenue in the GRA and environs in Benin City have commended Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki for his decision to construct the road with concrete in honour of the 90th Birthday celebration of the Esama of Benin, Sir, Chief, Dr. Gabriel Osawru Igbinedion.

Victory Godsplan reports that the side drains have been completed and the reconstruction work has reached advanced stage.
