President Bola Tinubu has described the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romania consul to Edo and Delta States, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion as a major contributor to nation-building whose efforts have become a pillar upon which the country stands.

President Tinubu stated this at a banquette in honour of Esama on the celebration of his ninetieth birthday.
