The Esama of Benin and Honorary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States, His Excellency, Sir Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, on Friday, hosted a dinner in honor of the retiring AIG, Zone Five, Benin, Mr. Arungwa Nwazue.
