The Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to Nigeria, the Republic of Benin, Niger and ECOWAS, Dr. Jose Bamoquina Zau says the ninetieth birthday of the Esama of Benin, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Dr Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedíon is more than a celebration.
Dr. Bamoquina Zau stated this in a congratulatory message to the Esama of Benin on the occasion of his ninetieth birthday celebration.
