His Royal Majesty, Ewuare the Second, Oba of Benin has congratulated Muslim faithful across the world on this year’s Eid-El-Kabir, also known as the feast of sacrifice in Islam.
A Statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Oba, Osaigbovo Iguobaro says the revered royal father urged Muslims to reflect on the tenets of Islam in the Holy Qur’an in their act of worship.
Oba Ewuare the Second offered prayer to God to grant the nation’s leaders good health, peace, wisdom and progress of mankind.
The Oba tasked Muslims not to forget the lessons of Eid-El-Kabir and sued for prayer for peace in Nigeria.
