The former Head of State said God has favoured and ordained the Esama of Benin to join the league of nonagenarian which is the big one.
General Gowon said he is proud of the numerous achievements of the Esama of Benin who has overcome myriad of challenges by the grace of God.
He wished Esama of Benin Sir Chief Dr Gabriel Osawru Igbinedion good health and success in all his endeavour.
