The Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki on Tuesday announced the constitution of a transition committee to ensure a smooth handover to the next administration in the state.

Mr Godwin Obaseki made the announcement while receiving an award of exceptional courage in leadership from Tell Magazine.
