The Governor of Edo State Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has been honoured with the 2023 Vanguard Personality of the Year Award in recognition of his Outstanding Personality of the Year Award for good governance, sterling performance in education and other areas of development.
The Esama of Benin, Sir Chief Dr Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, Wife of the Iyase of Benin and Managing Director, Vesa Fisheries and wife of the Iyase of Benin, Mrs. Vero Igbe also bagged the lifetime achievement award at the colourful event held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
