The Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki says if Nigeria must work, the best brains must come from the civil and public service.

The Governor made the statement during a Strategy Retreat of the Heads of Service of Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Edo and Delta States under the aegis of the BRACED Commission holding at the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy, Benin City.
