Iguoshodin N’Ebudin community in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State have called on land developers, including Igbinosun Okoro, D’Prince Builders, Get Rich Builders and others to desist from carrying out any form of activities on a large expanse of land at Ogbeson in Ovia North East Local Government Area.
In a statement, the solicitor to Iguoshodin N’Ebudin community, Edward Aibangbee, Esquire says this notice is to remind the developers and unsuspecting persons that Igbinosun Okoro, D’Prince Builders, Get Rich Builders and others have a case against them at the High Court in Benin City in a suit number B/590/2023 which is yet to be dispensed off over their assertion that Ogbeson Quarters is a different and autonomous community from Iguoshodin N’Ebudin community.
The statement advised the general public to beware and not to transact any land transactions with Igbinosun Okoro and others over the area known as Ogbeson pending the determination of the case in High Court of Justice, Benin City.
It warned that any such transaction would be at the peril of such persons.
