Obadan Dukedom in Community in Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State has warned illegal Land Speculators to immediately vacate the Area or face the full wrath of the Law and asked those Persons who have purchased Properties from the community to visit the Palace of the Enogie for Verification.

A Statement by the Enogie of Obadan his Royal Highness Joseph A. Ahosegbamen Airenbuwa and Chairman Otu-Oseghevo or Spokesperson for the Enogie says the Attention of the People of the Dukedom has been drawn to the recent unhealthy Development adding that many of such illegally acquired Properties do not have relevant legal Documents from the Authorities of the Area to back them up

Enogie Joseph A. Ahosegbamen Airenbuwa in the Statement asked Members of the Public who are genuinely interested in acquiring Properties in the Dukedom to approach the leadership of Obadan as Persons who buy Land without the authority of the Onogie does so at his or her own risk.

The Enogie cautioned that his Dukedom has enjoyed reasonable Peace for a long time and warned illegal Property Traders to retrace their steps, as the community leadership is poised to prosecute those caught.
