The Enogie of Eyaen Community, His Royal Highness Osawaru Aiwerioghene Iduriase, Elders and Youths have alleged that they have uncovered plot by some persons who intend to guise as members of civil society and human rights groups to stage unlawful protest within Eyaen Community as a cover up to unleash mayhem and cause a breach of public peace in the Community.
In a statement signed by Abednego Enyawuile, counsel to Eyaen Community the sponsors of the alleged planned invasion should be mindful that they are not far away from the long arm of the law which will surely catch up with them should they carry out their criminal intentions.
The statement further says no individual or group is permitted by the Enogie, Elders and Youths of Eyaen Community to represent the interest of Eyaen Community at the Nigeria Bottling Company plant as Eyaen Community remains the sole host and which can represent itself at the plant.
Counsel to Eyaen Community Abednego Enyawuile emphasized that no civil society organization has the right to stage protest at the Coca Cola plant in Eyaen Community without consulting or verifying from the palace of the Enogie of Eyaen as the community is enjoying peaceful co-existence
Eyaen Community based on the development has therefore called on residents and security agencies to be at alert.
It also called on all land developers or owners of landed property who have any complaints to contact the Enogie of Eyaen HRH Osazuwa Aiwerioghene Iduriase for verification or clearance as the community will not tolerate any individual or group whose sole aim is to Create chaos in Eyaen Community.
