A former INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Edo and Akwa Ibom States, Barr. Mike Igini has congratulated the Esama of Benin Sir Chief Dr Gabriel Osawru Igbinedion on the occasion of his 90th Birthday and also for opening Independent Television Station in Lagos State.

He made the remarks as a guest in the maiden live broadcast of TMI from the studio of Independent Television, Lagos.
