As the world marks this year’s International Day for Universal Access to Information, some Journalists in Benin City said the press in Nigeria is not enjoying access to information as it ought to because of restrictions on civic space which often translate into limited media freedom.

Donald Ehimiyein quotes them as saying that the challenge requires concerted efforts by governments, civil society and critical role players to address it.
