In his reaction, Aminu Ado Bayero has rejected the Court of Appeal’s verdict nullifying the Federal High Court’s ruling on the Kano emirship dispute.
Kano Correspondent Abdul Ibrahim Reports that the 15th emir who spoke through the Sarki Dawakin Babba of Kano, Aminu Babba Dan’Agundi , a senior member of the Kano Emirate Council, expressed dissatisfaction with the judgment and directed his legal team to escalate the matter to the Supreme Court.
He urged the Kano State Government to refrain from celebrating the Appeal Court’s verdict until the Supreme Court’s decision.
