Kano State Independent Election Commission has announced the schedule and guidelines for the conduct of local government election, scheduled to hold between Fifteenth of August to Thirtieth of November, 2024.

The Commission’s Chairman, Professor Sani Lawal Malumfashi said the elections are a crucial part of actualizing grassroots democracy in the state.
