The Odionwere and elders of Iguoriakhi Community, Water Side in Ovia South West local government area, Edo State has informed members of the public that the community is set to carry out a Verification exercise.

A statement jointly signed by the Odionwere, Secretary and Okaighele urged property developers and land owners to avail themselves of the Verification Exercise by making available original documents of their landed property for screening.

The statement explains that the verification exercise will hold from the 7th of April to the 6th of June, 2025.

The days the exercise holds are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am to 4pm at the Iguoriakhi Community Hall.

It warns that property developers who fail to tender original documents of landed property within the stipulated time of the Verification exercise risks the forfeiture of such landed property.
