The Interim Ambassador of the Republic of Mali to Nigeria, His Excellency, Mahamane Ousmane has on behalf of the Government and people of Mali rejoiced with the Esama of Benin, Sir, Chief Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedíon as he clocks Ninety.

In a special tribute, the Interim Ambassador of the Republic of Mali described the celebrant as a Colossus, a quintessential nationalist and a philanthropist par excellence.
