Acting President, National Association of Scrab Dealers Employers in Nigeria, Alhaji Ibrahim Soja, has appealed to the Lagos State Government to reconsider its decision to clamp down on scavengers and cart pushers in the State.
The association’s president, in an interview with ITV, said if implemented, it will push many young people to the labor market.
