The Member representing Oredo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Engr. Esosa Iyawe, says the welfare and the health care needs of his constituents remain his cardinal objective.
He made the remark during his donation of medical equipment to New Era Primary Health Care Center in Benin City.
